I just love everything here, helpful staffs.

I just love everything here, helpful staffs.. The place, itself is really good. They provided everything you need here, BF included. They really know what women want! :) The location is also great, not far from Hapjeong Station. 10/10 !! I love it!!

Best place in Hongdae!

The house had everything one may need. The rooms were comfortable and the facility was clean at all times. There were at least 2 bathrooms per floor so there was never a problem with the shared bathroom situation. In the first floor there was a kitchen where you could have breakfast for free and the communal area where you could watch tv and talk to people. All together our stay there was very enjoyable. The residence is literally 5 minutes away from the main shopping street in Hongdae and both Subway lines 6 and 2 are easily reachable. The Host is the best person he helped us a lot and was there anytime we needed something. We are going back next year for sure!

Best Guesthouse in Seoul

My favorite guesthouse in Seoul. The host is always helpful and kind. The location is perfect, also this guesthouse has it's own rooftop if you just want to chill and enjoy some fresh air.

Opt only if you're very low on budget

The location was great, right in the heart of the student district (the area really comes alive at night)

The owner wasn't very helpful with helping us get to the airport, or with any recommendations to help our stay better. The WiFi wasn't working on the first day, not were the kitchen appliances but it was fixed on the next day.

Worth every won!

I really loved this guesthouse! It was very comfortable and incredibly clean! The personal lockers were spacious and it was great to have access to 2 kitchens. I especially enjoyed the rooftop terrace - sometimes to relax there on my own and sometimes sharing snacks, beverages, and much laughter and conversation with other guests and staff! I would absolutely stay here again if I have the opportunity!

Perfect for a few days to disover Seoul!

Great location, close to lines 2 and 4 to go to the city center, & restaurants/bars for hanging out

It can get very busy in the morning with the bathroom facilities Small common area, maybe hard to sociolize with other people

close to hondgae and the area near by also nice

The room was good, I was traveling in a group of 3 and was able to book a 3 person dorm room just for us, the staff was friendly and the free soymilk was also very good.

the beds were clean but I dropped by phone under the bed and there where wrappers ect under the bed and piled up dust.

Very ok

Nice location with restaurants around. Friendly staff. Good price.

The top bed is very close to the ceiling, there is not a lot of room there. The wi-fi blocks certain things (for example Whats App Calls). The toilet-bathroom is not very clean and always flooded.

hospitality! :)

there was an unpleasant incident with a drunk guest in my room, so the owner gave me a single room with no extra charge. i was really happy about that, thank you again! there is a comfortable couch in the common area. really nice for reading and relaxing. the hostel is located between two subway stations (so easy to get around) and far from any noisy streets (quiet at night). also, there are plenty of bars, restaurants and convenient stores around the hostel. AC and lockers in the room.

숙소 전체적으로 청결하네요. 체크인 도와주신 직원분이신지 사장님이신지 친절하셨습니다. 수건 충분히 비치돼있고 욕실용품도 다 있었어요. 현관문 방문 도어락이어서 편했습니다.

에어컨이 오래 전 제품인지 좀 아쉬웠지만 시원하게 자는 데 문제는 없었습니다.

그냥 우리집 같은 곳이었다.

진짜 그냥 우리 집 같았음. 정말 직원의 개입이 최소화된 게스트하우스입니다. 정말 자유롭고 편하게 푹 쉬다가 갈 수 있어서 좋았습니다.

가격생각하면 아쉬웠던 점 생각이 안 남.

근처 페스티벌 갈 목적으로 혼자 갔는데 들어가자마자...

근처 페스티벌 갈 목적으로 혼자 갔는데 들어가자마자 생각했던것보다 너무 정겨운 집 냄새가 먼저 반겨줬고 내부시설도 너무 깨끗하고 좋았어요ㅎㅎ 휴게공간은 안내려가봐서 모르겠는데 그냥 위치도 적당히 좋고 근처가 술집이라 저녁에 조금 떠들썩함 있었지만 저는 개인적으로 편히 잘 쉬다왔어요ㅎㅎ

다만 아쉬웠던건 도미토리 침대에 커튼이 없었다는거?

일단 침대는 적당히 푹신하고 따뜻했구요.

일단 침대는 적당히 푹신하고 따뜻했구요. 화장실에 수건을 많이 구비해놓으셔서 굉장히 편리했습니다. 현관앞과 방 사이의 공간도 깨끗하고 헤어드라이할수 있는 공간도 따로 있어서 좋았습니다. 위치도 합정역 맛집들과 가까워서 이동할때 좋았습니다.

우산 침대 머리맡이 먼지가 끼어있었고 부엌바닥이 지저분했고 빗자루가 보이지 않아 조금 아쉬웠어요. 그리고 문을 잠갔는데 문틈사이가 벌어져있어서 밖에서 내부가 보였구요. 그리고 주방세제가 조금밖에 없어서 설거지 할때 힘들었습니다. 그외 나머지는 좋았습니다.

3인실 예약하고 갔는데 4인실로 업그레이드 해주셔서...

3인실 예약하고 갔는데 4인실로 업그레이드 해주셔서 편하게 쓸 수 있었고, 욕실에 샴푸랑 바디워시도 보통 게스트하우스나 호스텔에서 쓰는 대용량 제품보다 좋은 걸로 부족하지 않게 비치해두셨더라구요! 공용 욕실이지만 한 층에 두 개나 있어서 불편함 전혀 없었고, 이 가격에 시리얼 및 토스트 조식 포함되어 있다는 게 믿기지 않았어요. 직원분께서 상주하시는 게 아니라 어찌보면 불편하다고 생각할 수도 있겠지만 그만큼 분위기가 자유로웠던 것 같고 주방이랑 공용 공간도 잘 되어 있었어요. 취사 가능하구요. 겨울인데도 자다가 더워서 깼는데 방 문 바로 옆에 온도 조절기 있길래 조절했어요. 커튼도 암막커튼인지 늦게까지 자는데도 문제 없었구요..ㅎㅎ 위치는 상수역 근처고 유흥가 한복판이라 소음 걱정했는데 토요일 밤이었는데도 시끄러운 소리 전혀 안들리더라구요. 제가 예약했는데, 같이 간 친구들이 게스트하우스가 좋아서 한 번 놀라고 가격 듣고 또 한 번 놀라더라구요. ㅎㅎ 덕분에 잘 쉬다 가요~!

직원분이 상주하시는 게 아니라서 체크인 시간을 미리 물어보셨는데, 서울에서 1박하면서 놀다가 들어가려던 저희에겐 시간을 미리 정해서 말씀드리는 게 좀 부담스러웠어요ㅠ
